The role :

Pubstack is hiring a Bidder Partnerships & Integration Lead to own bidder relationships end-to-end (SSPs, DSPs, demand partners) — from onboarding and technical integration to ongoing optimisation and performance management.

This is a key role in Pubstack’s Supply Intelligence strategy, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, and delivering measurable impact for publishers.

Responsibilities :

Own the full bidder lifecycle: onboarding → ramp-up → optimisation → sunset
Manage day-to-day technical relationships with bidders
Lead integration processes, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Track and improve performance (yield, RPM, volume, quality, technical KPIs)
Maintain Pubstack’s bidder integration playbook, standards, and best practices
Act as the main interface between bidders and internal teams (Product, Eng, Ops, CS, Revenue)

Requirements (must-have) :

Experience working directly with SSPs / DSPs / demand partners
Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data
Proven cross-functional execution with Product and Engineering
Ability to manage technical integrations without being a developer
Experience with ad tech reporting / analytics tools
Fluent English

Ability to diagnose bidder performance issues concretely

Technical background or strong engineering proximity
