Join the Cause: Community & Operations Coordinator

Are you a charismatic, self-driven individual with a passion for community engagement and operational excellence? SWEBAL is growing, and we’re looking for a new team member to join our office in Nora.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our COO and co-founder, Carl Duforce, to strengthen local relationships and support our broader organizational goals. You’ll be the face of SWEBAL in Nora—representing us at local events, building networks with individuals and businesses, and helping to grow our presence in the community.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong local relationships through active outreach and participation in events
Coordinate and support administrative functions across the organization
Assist with light HR duties and internal communications
Take initiative on projects and help develop efficient workflows as part of a growing, agile team

A proactive mindset—you get things done without needing direction
Flexibility and openness to taking on new tasks in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of the importance of the defense industry and a commitment to contributing meaningfully
